🇺🇸 Rochester Attorney’s Office charges Shiloh Hendrix with three counts of disorderly conduct for using racial slurs against a Somali child with a disability in April

The charges would amount to a maximum of 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine

The legal complaint is still subject to review and approval by a district court judge, but it concludes that:

“[Shiloh] wrongfully and unlawfully engaged in offensive, obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy conduct, or in offensive obscene, or abusive language that would reasonably tend to arouse alarm, anger, or resentment in others.”

🇺🇸 West Memphis, #Arkansas. Wrong way truck driver removed at gun point.

A woman was driving across the I-55 bridge Tuesday when the vehicle in front of her changed lanes – and she saw a semi-truck driving in her direction. “I’m still baffled why he got on that bridge,” she said.

The trooper tried to pull the man out of the vehicle, but the man resisted. A second trooper arrives with a rifle, and a third officer also shows up with a gun drawn. With multiple officers working together, they pull the man out of the vehicle and take him to the ground.

🇺🇸 #Arizona. Dust storm blows off part of roof at Phoenix sky harbor airport, power outages, flights cancelled.

The dust storm hit the airport around 6:30 pm last evening, forcing the airport to ground all flights. 40,000 customers were without electricity in Maricopa County due to the dust storm. A dust storm was also caught on camera at the Mountain America Stadium in Tempe.
