🇺🇸 #California. Domestic violence suspect shot and killed by police after leading officers on a car chase in Simi Valley. The man, who was armed, reportedly told family members that if police were called, he would 'shoot it out' with them. No officers were injured. The 37-year-old suspect is deceased.

The man was seen plowing through a police motorcycle before barreling into someone's yard. Police say they had probable cause to arrest the man for domestic battery and elder abuse.

🇳🇱 15 people were injured after a moving tram slammed into a stationary tram on Rotterdam’s Erasmus Bridge.

One tram derailed in the collision. Seven people were hospitalized, including one person with critical injuries who had to be freed from the wreckage by firefighters.

🇺🇸 Wilmington, #Illinois (Interstate 55) Maintenance worker stuck 130 feet in the air inside a gas station sign after his lift malfunctioned.

Fire officials responded and had a hard time finding a lift big enough to retrieve the man from the sign, as their equipment is usually only 100 feet tall. They found a lift tall enough on a job site in Joliet and had the Illinois State Police escort the lift ot Wilmington. They successfully got the man down after he spent nearly 5 hours trapped 130 feet in the air.

- “Oh sure, you’re going to be late for dinner because your stuck in a sign 130 feet in the air….what’s the bitch’s name!”
