🇺🇸 A security guard shot a 22-year-old man outside a Greyhound bus station in Nashville after police say the man threw hot coffee in his face and repeatedly attacked him.

The guard was knocked to the ground twice before opening fire, hitting the attacker in the hip and leg. The man was later arrested on a felony aggravated assault charge.

🇺🇸 A woman arrested in #NewYork for attacking Jews - Anna Mochalova, 32, from Perm, Russia, a contestant in the 2012 “Beauty of Russia” pageant, was arrested in Manhattan following a series of alleged antisemitic attacks.

According to investigators, she stabbed a 26-year-old rabbi in the back with a syringe, then shoved a 37-year-old man wearing a kippah and threatened to shoot him. The victims sought medical treatment at a hospital. A judge ordered Mochalova held on $50,000 cash bail.

🇺🇸 A major rockslide occurred near Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon, #Utah, burying a section of the Provo River Trail.

Heavy rainfall in Utah County contributed to the slope instability, adding weight and reducing friction. Large boulders & debris crashed down onto the paved trail and park area, damaging trees and utility infrastructure. No injuries have been reported. The Utah County Sheriff's Office closed the trail and park area as rocks continued to fall & crews will clear the debris before the route reopens.

Its just rocks. People are too soft nowadays.
