This role will be primarily responsible for supporting semiconductor sales contracts. The attorney will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, government contracts, nondisclosure agreements and licenses with occasional support for M&A transactions and vendor agreements. The Attorney must be a generalist with strong transactional skills, confident and business-minded with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
