Did you know that Universal Basic Income was trialled in both Finland and Canada?

The experiment failed in both countries.

What makes you think it’ll work here in the UK?

A British toddler is one of four children injured in a knife attack by a Syrian asylum seeker in Annecy, France.

French Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne has confirmed the man is a 31-year-old Syrian national with refugee status in Sweden, but the motives for the attack are currently unknown.

At least 6 people are currently known to have been injured in the attack, of which two children and one adult are in life-threatening condition.

Witnesses say the attacker jumped in the playground, started shouting as he went towards the strollers, repeatedly "hitting the little ones with a knife."

The WHO is developing the Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) in an attempt to "strengthen pandemic preparedness and to deliver better health for all."

The aim of the new system is to implement verification for health measures like vaccination status, that will restrict travel for those who haven't been injected with the required drugs that permits them travel to other Member States. As the WHO states, it be used to digitise "verification of vaccination certificates within and across borders."

The WHO's description of the system continues, "Learning from the COVID-19 pandemic response, there is a recognition of an existing gap and continued need for a global mechanism that can support bilateral verification of the provenance of health documents for pandemic preparedness".

The divisive nature of Vaccine Passports and verification has already caused a lack of trust in governments and institutions.

Boris Johnson has resigned as an MP following the partygate probe where Mr Johnson misled Parliament over the lockdown-parties him and his colleagues attended whilst many missed funerals, weddings and seeing loved ones and friends.

A yet to be published report by the privileges committee shows evidence of “inaccuracies and prejudices” by Mr Johnson.

In a statement Boris said, “They have still not produced a shred of evidence that I knowingly or recklessly misled the Commons. They know perfectly well that when I spoke in the Commons I was saying what I believed sincerely to be true and what I had been briefed to say, like any other minister," he said.

He claimed he was the “victim of a witch-hunt” and accused the Commons investigation as an attempt to drive him out.

As he quit, Johnson compared the Privileges Committee probe to a “kangaroo court”.
