Earlier today, during the march against antisemitism, @TRobinsonNewEra was arrested and pepper-sprayed on the police's claim that Tommy's presence was 'causing distress,' despite no indication of this.

I'm not concerned with whether you agree or disagree with Tommy's views; those cheering this on deep down know that this is wrong.

Arresting a man for 'causing distress' is an inscrutable charge, impossible to measure, and there was no evident indication of such distress.

Britain faces a serious problem where vague and ambiguous laws can be abused and weaponized against individuals the establishment or others disagree with.

People need to recognize that these laws and two-tiered policing could be applied to anyone in the future.

This is wrong and you all know it, and we should ALL be advocating for change, and NEVER to encourage it for those you/we disagree with politically.

🚨BREAKING: The Metropolitan police have confirmed that they have charged Tommy Robinson with breaching a “Section 35 Dispersal notice” which means he is being prosecuted.
