Dear subscribers, the message "I want to be an admin of your channel" or similar from somebody whom I don't know very well = ban. Sorry. There is an epidemic of these messages in the last time. WTF is happening? There are too many crazy people lately.
I can give admin rights only to somebody whom I know very well and trust. Every sane person should understand this.
