Farming against impermanent loss
Impermanent loss is the change in the value of tokens compared to their price at the time of depositing to the pool.
The greater the change, the greater the loss.
The loss is determined at the time of withdrawal. If you invest liquidity in pools with lower volatility, the level of losses will decrease.
And the higher the volatility of one token in relation to another, the higher the chance of impermanent loss.
However, you do not incur any losses until you withdraw money from the pool, and subsequent price changes may offset these losses.
To reduce impermanent loss, you can:
