Market analytics for the week

Are stablecoins a panacea?

At first glance, it seems that if one of the assets in the pool is a stablecoin, then the risk of Impermanent Loss is less than in a pool with two altcoins. Is it so?

With Impermanent Loss in pools without stablecoins, the most negative situation is the rise in the price of one token and the fall of the second. And here it seems that a stablecoin should solve this issue.

How to invest more profitably?

📈 But the truth is that the charts of the TOP 20 major tokens on CoinMarketCap are highly correlated with Bitcoin. For example, in ETH-BTC or BNB-ETH pools, there is a high probability of the same price movement of both tokens. And in this case, Impermanent Loss can show a smaller price difference compared to pools, where one coin is a stablecoin.
