Companies in VR will buy land, design virtual embassies, and consulates, and provide e-visas. Also, users will be able to communicate in this "matrix" using avatars.
The opening of the embassy is tentatively scheduled for January.
Also, the South Korean government intends to make Seoul the first major VR city. There, the authorities plan to receive citizens and hold cultural events.
