علائم سوختگی درجه سه:

1_پوست مومی یا خاکستری و گاهی زغالی به نظر می رسد 

2_مصدوم دردی را در محل احساس نمی کند زیرا انتهای عصب آسیب دیده و از بین می رود

3_ مصدوم در اثر استنشاق مواد و دود ناشی از احتراق دچار تنگی نفس می شود.

⭕️توجه داشته باشید:
از تلاش برای درمان سوختگی های درجه سه خودداری کنید و مصدوم باید به اورژانس ارجاع شود 
فوراً تحت درمان پزشکی قرار بگیرید و اطمینان حاصل کنید که هیچ لباسی به محل سوختگی گیر نکرده است.

کمک های اولیه برای سوختگی های درجه سه در اورژانس:

1_ ابتدا سوختگی ها را تمیز کنید و قسمت های مرده قسمت سوخته پوست را بردارید.
2_ارائه محلول وریدی و دوز آنتی بیوتیک به بیمار.
3_روی محل سوختگی کرم آنتی باکتریال بمالید و سپس زخم ها را پانسمان کنید.
4_دادن داروهای مسکن به بیمار.
5_ تکمیل درمان در بخش تخصصی، زیرا سوختگی های درجه سه به زمان طولانی برای بهبود نیاز دارند و ممکن است پزشکان به مداخله جراحی متوسل شوند.
