Yemeni Politburo Member Mohammed Al-Farrah: Trump's plan aims to absorb the world's anger against "Israel" and to drain global solidarity with Palestine.
OCCUPIED PALESTINE (Press TV) — The total number of Palestinians held in “Israeli” prisons has surged to more than 11,000, with the vast majority detained without trial or charge.

Among the detainees are over 400 children and nearly 50 women.

These numbers do not include captives in “Israeli” army camps.
Al-Jazeera: The Palestinian Authority has welcomed Trump’s plan, reiterating its commitment to work with the US and partners to reach a comprehensive deal that includes “paving way for just peace on the basis of two-state solution”, Wafa news agency reported.

According to Trump’s proposal, the PA would take control of Gaza after completing a reform program. Until then, Gaza would be governed by a “temporary transitional governance of a technocratic” Palestinian committee.

Trump said that "Israel" has his "full backing to finish the job" if Hamas does not agree to the ceasefire proposal the US announced.
Trump’s Gaza Proposal (1/2)

Al-Mayadeen:
The White House has unveiled US President Donald Trump's plan to end the war on Gaza, following his talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday.

The United States will initiate a dialogue between "Israel" and the Palestinians to reach an agreement on a political horizon for a "peaceful and prosperous coexistence," the White House stated.

The plan stipulates that within 72 hours of "Israel" accepting the ceasefire proposal, all Israeli captives, dead or alive, must be released, and if both sides accept, the war immediately ends.

According to the White House, the plan stated that if Hamas delays or rejects the proposal, the agreement, including a scaled-up aid operation, will proceed in what it described as "terror-free areas" that will be handed over from the IOF to the Israeli Security Forces (ISF).

Additionally, the plan outlines a future for Gaza as a "deradicalized, terror-free zone" that no longer poses a "threat" to its "neighbors", a transformation that will occur without Israeli occupation or annexation of the territory. During this period, all military operations, including aerial and artillery bombardments, will be suspended, as per the White House.

The plan additionally mandates that upon the release of all captives, "Israel" will reciprocate by releasing 250 life-sentence prisoners and 1,700 Gaza residents who were detained after October 7, 2023.

Furthermore, the US proposal outlines that the IOF will withdraw according to standards, milestones, and timeframes linked to demilitarization, to be agreed upon between the IOF, ISF, guarantors of the ceasefire agreement, and the United States.

On the topic of captives, for every deceased Israeli captive's remains returned, "Israel" will in turn release the remains of 15 deceased Gaza residents held by "Israel".

Once all the captives are returned, Hamas members who commit to "peaceful coexistence" and decommissioning their weapons will be granted amnesty.

The framework also provides safe passage out of Gaza for members of Hamas who wish to depart for receiving countries and secures an agreement from all factions, including Hamas, to abstain from any direct, indirect, or other form of role in the governance of Gaza.

The US will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary international stabilization force to be immediately deployed in Gaza, the White House stated.

Furthermore, once an agreement is established, full humanitarian aid will immediately flow to the territory, and the entry of this aid will proceed unobstructed through the United Nations, its agencies, and the Red Crescent.

Moreover, no one will be forced to leave Gaza, and those who wish to do so will be allowed to both leave the area and return.

The agreement further includes the launch of a Trump-led economic development plan to rebuild and energize Gaza, an initiative that will involve the establishment of a special economic zone featuring preferred tariffs and access rates to be negotiated with participating countries.

The plan outlines that Gaza will be placed under temporary transitional governance administered by a technocratic and apolitical Palestinian committee. This committee will comprise qualified Palestinians and international experts, with oversight from a new international transitional body.

This committee will be chaired by Trump, with its other members, including heads of state, such as former Prime Minister Tony Blair, to be announced at a later date.

This body will be responsible for setting the redevelopment framework and managing all funding for Gaza until the Palestinian Authority has successfully completed its required reform program, a process intended to establish the necessary conditions for a credible pathway toward Palestinian self-determination and statehood once Gaza's redevelopment is completed.

Trump’s Gaza Proposal (1/2)

Al-Mayadeen: The White House has unveiled US President Donald Trump's plan to end the war on Gaza, following his talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday.
Trump’s Gaza Proposal (2/2)

Al-Mayadeen: In a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US President Donald Trump stated that “Israel” has agreed to his plan, emphasizing that they were “beyond very close” to forging the “peace deal”, adding that he hoped Hamas would also accept the proposal.

"I also want to thank Prime Minister Netanyahu for agreeing to the plan and for trusting that if we work together, we can bring an end to the death and destruction that we've seen for so many years, decades, even centuries and begin a new chapter of security, peace and prosperity for the entire region," the US president stated.

Netanyahu threw in a threat, stating that "if Hamas rejects your plan, Mr President, or if they supposedly accept it and then basically do everything to counter it, then Israel will finish the job by itself..."

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his support for the proposal put forward by Trump, saying, "I support your plan to end the war in Gaza, which achieves our war aims. It will bring back to Israel all our hostages, dismantle Hamas' military capabilities, end its political rule, and ensure that Gaza never again poses a threat to Israel."

During the conference, the US president challenged Palestinians to "take responsibility for their destiny" by pushing for acceptance of a "peace deal" with "Israel" that he stated would create the conditions for what he called durable Israeli security.

"There are many Palestinians who wish to live in peace," Trump said, adding, "I challenge the Palestinians to take responsibility for their destiny, because that's what we're giving them." He emphasized that "if the Palestinian Authority does not complete the reforms that I laid out ... they'll have only themselves to blame."

The US president stated that the time has come for the Palestinian Resistance group Hamas to accept the 20-point proposal on the future of Gaza that he agreed upon with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"We're not quite finished," Trump stated, adding, "We have to get Hamas, but I think they're going to be able to do that. So now it's time for Hamas to accept the terms of the plan that we've put forward today."

He also claimed that Arab and Muslim countries are committed to demilitarizing Gaza.

"There will be a new transitional authority," Trump said, adding, “All parties will agree on a timeline for Israeli forces to withdraw in phases.”

In laying out his plan, Trump said Hamas must agree to the 20 points he has proposed that include conditions it has already publicly rejected, or else he will give "Israel" a green light to eliminate all of Hamas.

On the topic of Iran, US President Donald Trump suggested that Iran could join the normalization pacts signed during his first term between "Israel" and several Muslim-majority countries.

"Who knows, maybe even Iran can get in there," Trump said at the White House conference, adding, "I think they're going to be open to it. I really believe that. But they could be a member."
Gaza Government Media Office Director General Ismail Al-Thawabta:

The so-called Trump plan to end the war in Gaza does not represent a real, objective, and fair solution. Rather, it is an attempt to impose a new guardianship that legitimizes the “Israeli” occupation and strips our Palestinian people of their national, political, and human rights.

The only way to end the war is to end the aggression of the “Israeli” occupation, lift the unjust siege, stop the systematic extermination, give our great people their right to live, and guarantee the inalienable rights of our Palestinian people to freedom, independence, and self-determination, along with international recognition of our Palestinian people's right to establish their own Palestinian state.

Any proposals that ignore these rights and treat Gaza as a security entity stripped of sovereignty under international administration are rejected in their entirety by the Palestinian national collective consciousness.

This is our understanding of the nature of the relationship between a great people who have made enormous sacrifices and have been living under occupation for 77 years, and the criminal occupation gangs that unjustly occupied Palestine and killed hundreds of thousands of our people since they set foot in Palestine. Let the criminal war stop now.
The aggression on the Gaza Strip continues, with Quds reporting a consistent deluge of artillery shelling and bombs throughout Monday (media 1), with a consistent focus on Gaza City.

In Al-Rimal neighborhood, occupation drones unleash terror by randomly firing towards residential areas (media 2), later spreading to Al-Sabra neighborhood.

Amidst the intensifying aggression, a man in Gaza City (media 3) declares:

"I won't leave Gaza even if I die, I won't be displaced.”

In recent hours, the occupation carried out bombings across central Gaza in Al-Bureij camp’s Block 7 and Al-Mufti land in northern Nuseriat. Across Gaza City, they launched fire belts on the city’s north and Al-Shati camp in the west; in addition, they targeted the city’s eastern areas with artillery shelling. Occupation aircraft also bombed a residential apartment near the Directorate of Education in Yarmouk area.

Now: Occupation forces are dropping more flares over Gaza City (media 4) with reports of shooting from occupation vehicles coinciding with continuous artillery shelling on the eastern areas of the governorate.
Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro:

Consultations have begun on declaring a state of ‘foreign disturbance’ to protect our country if it is subjected to a US military attack.

Our people are better prepared than ever before and have more self-confidence and more tools to work with in the face of any circumstances that may arise.

It's as if World War III has begun, with NATO threatening Russia, the genocide in Gaza, and threats against Arab countries, Iran, Venezuela, and China.

SPAIN (PressTV) — Spain has banned the transit of US military aircraft and vessels carrying arms, ammunition, or equipment through its bases at Rota (Cádiz) and Morón de la Frontera (Seville) destined for Israeli-occupied territories.

Spanish daily El País, citing sources, reported on Monday that both bases remain under Spanish sovereignty and that all military activity requires authorization from Madrid.

The sources familiar with the functioning of the US-Spain Joint Committee confirmed that “Rota and Moron are not a backdoor.”

Spanish officials have maintained that Spain is obliged to respect its bilateral defense agreement with the US, but also clarified that controversial shipments, such as arms bound for Israeli-occupied territories, fall under restrictions.

The move comes as Washington continues to supply the bulk of weaponry used by the Israeli military in its relentless genocidal war across the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Wall Street Journal recently reported that US President Donald Trump’s administration has already provided Israel with unprecedented military support in the Gaza genocide and is now reportedly planning to deliver an additional $6.4 billion in weapons to Tel Aviv.

Sources also noted that the sheer volume of weapon deliveries to Israel makes concealment practically impossible.

According to the report, earlier this year, six F-35 fighter jets were delivered to Israel; however, they avoided Spanish bases and instead made stopovers in the Azores before crossing the Strait of Gibraltar.

Earlier this month, the US State Department described the nine measures announced by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez against Israel as “deeply concerning.”

Sanchez recently declared a series of measures that he said were aimed at preventing Israel's genocide in Gaza.

The measures include the denial of Spanish airspace to flights transporting military material to the Israeli-occupied territories.

They also included an entry ban on “all those people participating directly in the genocide, the violation of human rights and war crimes in the Gaza Strip.”

Additional measures include an embargo on goods produced in Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The US, a key supporter of the Israeli regime, says such restrictions “potentially limit American military operations.”

Despite the US complaints, Spanish officials underline that Madrid has the right to deny authorizations for shipments considered politically sensitive.

Under the 1988 defense cooperation agreement, US forces can operate from Spanish bases under specific conditions.

However, a 2011 operational procedure tightened rules, obliging disclosure of flight origins, destinations, and detailed descriptions of mission objectives and cargo.

The restrictions apply equally to naval operations, where port calls must be requested at least five days in advance.

Several members of the Spanish government have publicly supported the pro-Palestinian movement in the European country.

Sanchez has condemned Europe’s double standards regarding Gaza and the Russia-Ukraine war, calling the international response to the genocide “a failure.”

He described the reaction to Israel’s genocidal assault on Gaza as “one of the darkest episodes of international relations in the 21st century.”

Spain’s stance marks a broader foreign policy shift in recent years, deepening after Israel's genocidal campaign in Gaza began on October 7, 2023.

Last week, the Spanish government took a decisive step against Israel, approving a complete arms embargo and further restrictions on trade linked to illegal settlements.

Since November 2023, Spain has suspended arms export licenses to Israel, citing concerns that such sales could contribute to violations of international humanitarian law in Gaza.

Spain has also pressed the European Union (EU) to reconsider the EU-Israel Association Agreement, arguing that Israel’s actions in Gaza breach the accord’s human rights clause.

UNRWA has sounded the alarm over the intensifying humanitarian crisis in Gaza City, where nearly "half a million Palestinians remain trapped in an area of less than eight square kilometers," UNRWA spokesperson Adnan Abu Hasna disclosed.

"Around 70,000 people will be crammed into each square kilometer. There’s no space for a single tent. Tens of thousands of families are left without shelter on the streets," he warned.

Gaza City, spanning 74.6 kilometers, has now become a besieged enclave under "Israel’s" bombs and strikes, with occupation forces controlling most of the urban area and gradually expanding their presence.
