The Palestinian Center for the Missing and the Enforcedly Disappeared reported that the Israeli army handed over 45 Palestinian martyrs’ bodies through the Red Cross, which were moved to Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, following the return of several Israeli detainees’ bodies.
Some bodies were delivered intact, while others were remains, raising concerns about the circumstances of their deaths and detention.
The center criticized the absence of an official list of names, highlighting suspicions of enforced disappearance and file manipulation. They called for full disclosure of all available information, including victims’ names and death details, and immediate notification of families to respect their right to knowledge and dignity.

Blind and with an amputated leg, freed prisoner Mahmoud Abu Foul, 28, has endured immense suffering. He lost his leg in an "israeli" airstrike in 2015 and was later arrested by the occupation forces from Kamal Adwan Hospital at the end of last year.
During his imprisonment, he was brutally tortured with metal tools and subjected to electric shocks, which ultimately caused him to lose his sight completely after waking from a two-hour coma.
He spent eight months under severe torture in prison before being released the day before yesterday—still without receiving any treatment for his eyes.
