Important credential note: He holds an MD and often brands himself a “physician” and “doctor.” He has never held a medical license in Michigan or New York, never completed a residency, and his hands-on clinical experience appears limited to a short medical-school sub-internship (which he once described as “cosplaying a doctor”).
