NOW: Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon and Trump's DOJ just made Instacart pay $5 MILLION for rigging its hiring process against American workers in favor of FOREIGN VISA HOLDERS
Americans applying for these jobs had to MAIL in paper applications, while visa workers got to apply online
That ran from December 2023 to February 2026. Instacart now has to pay $4M to the Americans it shut out, plus $1M in penalties, and it'll be under a federal monitor.
This comes after the Trump admin SUSPENDED multiple firms' PERM program access for foreign labor.
