These findings parallel dengue hemorrhagic fever in humans, where initial infection and antibody response followed by a second infectious episode is required for serious hemorrhagic disease. Subneutralizing antibodies can promote viral entry into cells, including entry into and activation of macrophages and can occur through low-affinity antibodies, cross-reactive antibodies to different strains, or suboptimal titers of neutralizing antibodies. Vaccine trials for feline infectious peritonitis and dengue had to be halted because of disease enhancement. It has to be considered that antibodies alone might worsen coronavirus disease severity. Emerging data in COVID-19 patients support this concern. High serum IgG levels against SARS-CoV-2 are associated with more serious disease [19], [20]. As Cao wrote [19], “significant antibody production is observed; however, whether this is protective or pathogenic remains to be determined.”

It would be a public health and “trust-in-medicine” nightmare with potential repercussions for years - including a boost to anti-vaccine forces - if immune protection wears off or antibody-dependant enhancement develops and we face recurrent threats from COVID-19 among the immunized."

INDIA: After a long consideration of hundreds of articles & witness statements, I am calling it today: we are seeing a textbook case of mass vaccine antibody-dependent enhancement. Vaccinated people, especially those going for their first dose therefore by definition the least protected & most fearful and in a state of panic and stress, which already increases cytokines even before the disease, are being exposed to the wild virus in the same hospitals they are vaccinated in or through contaminated water, as SARSCoV2 can replicate in bacteria (Brogna et al, 2020). Subsequently a small percentage of them may develop a vaccine ADE enhanced form of Covid19, which also enhances symptoms & therefore enhances spread to their family members, some of which may also develop vaccine ADE. The cycle continues, more vaccinations, more v-ADE, more infections, more deaths. The only way to stop this is to halt vaccinations immediately, and revert to early treatment. The Ziverdo Kit is a good example of an effective combined treatment. Remdesivir is comparatively not as effective & may even exacerbate vaccine antibody dependent enhancement.

Immunology is truly amazing! I knew that due to gene shuffling during the time the cells, which will later differentiate into your T-cells, already each possess one of millions of potential T-cell receptors (TCR) which will perfectly match up to a piece of an invading virus.
How cool is that? And because the range of antigens you might encounter through your life is potentially very diverse, you’d rightly not want to give any of them up. You might need them, to protect you against a virus variant 🤭
It’s hard to read this review without concluding, as I’ve said, that T cells are critical to pulmonary host defence v respiratory virus infection. The clearest evidence for a role for antibodies in virus host defence of the lung comes from study of secretory IgA, not the circulating varieties which some obsess about. You’d want all the tools in a nearby spot, but you definitely don’t want to try this without T-cells.

A major limitation of studies is that almost all of them are done in mice & we know of a number of important differences in cytokines / chemokines between mice & humans, as well as anatomical differences. Worst of all, the lab mice are so clean that their ‘naive’ immune responses almost certainly don’t accurately represent what happens in our ‘experienced’ airways.
For me though, it’s reinforced my confidence that memory recall immune responses in airways to uncomplicated virus infections are substantially effected by T-cells, an expanded repertoire of which easily detects infection by related viruses (especially including close-in variants, which ALL the “scariants / same-iants” of SARS-CoV-2 are).
