A: If serum ACE-2 binds to viral spike protein then it should also bind to vaccine spike protein.

What impact does this combination have on the immune system?

We can only speculate but an autoimmune response would explain many of the thrombotic side effects.

Platelets have high levels of ACE2 on their surface.

So the answer is propably yes.
