I’ve just read this short paper on compensation in Sweden for injuries from pharmaceuticals including vaccines, notably Covid19 vaccines.
It’s appallingly cynical in the way it applies limitations such that in the event of a mass casualty incident related to injuries from Covid19 vaccines, there would be a very low ceiling. So Sweden is to establish an additional insurance policy so people do not need to go to court.
I’m wondering, are other countries doing this?
