Never forget the 100,000 British military personnel who served and sacrificed in Palestine, 1945-48
 
After defeating the Ottoman empire and taking Jerusalem in 1917 in the First World War, the United Kingdom took on the mandate for the state of Palestine.
Towards the end of the Second World War onwards extremist Zionist Jewish terrorists were actively involved in trying to end British rule.
The groups involved were the Irgun, Lehi and Hagannah ( less excessive than the former two).
They all were involved in violent terrorism. One major example was the bombing of the King David Hotel, a key British Headquarters, by Irgun in 1946.
91 people were killed and 46 injured, mostly civil servants, some police, military, and bystanders of different nationalities.
It was an attack which shocked the world. It was not an action moderate Jews supported.

The state of emergency in the British Mandate of Palestine lasted from September 1945 to 30th June 1948 ( when British troops left).
During that time 754 British service personnel died because of Zionist Jewish terrorism.
This is the fourth greatest loss of life for the British military since the Second World War
( Malaya deaths over a 12-year period 1443, Northern Ireland deaths over a 38 year period 1441, and Korea deaths over a 3 year period 1129)
During that period in Palestine, there are at least 915 deaths recorded in the official Ministry of Defence Remembrance Roll of Honour of British personnel who were killed.
These were Army, Navy, Air Force, Royal Marines, British Police and British civil servants:

It is not the complete list but records the majority of those killed.
The numbers of wounded were in their hundreds, the 6th Airbourne division alone reported 236.
The British Police wounded were 475.
There were 100,000 British service personnel in Palestine, most of whom were young men doing their national service.
They were trying to keep order and stability in volatile circumstances where Arabs were concerned about the pending setting up of the state of Israel.
The sacrifices of these mainly young British men should be remembered and not airbrushed out of history for the sake of political expediency.
It is to be hoped that all of them, including those who wore the Palestine Clasp added to their General Service Medals, will be honoured in this Remembrance Sunday and Remembrance Day.

Parliamentary Petitions are an effective part of solutions based political campaigning

There is much opposition to the government’s digital ID plans.
This opposition is cross party and is reflected in the nearly three million people who have signed a key Parliamentary Petition on the subject:

Not surprising, in its initial response to the petition, the government have not budged on their objectives.
However, the petition is due to be given a debate session and this will give an opportunity for the broad opposition to digital ID to oppose the government’s plans.
This debate could bring about change. It is wrong to assume that pressure on the government won’t succeed.
It won’t be the first time that a petition has done so.
Sometimes campaigners become downcast when the government gives an initial response to a petition.
This is not realistic. What is realistic is to seek the weak points in the government’s response, and in the case of digital ID there are plenty.
This enables a better case to oppose the government’s plans when the issue is debated.
 
This petition is the best performing individual issue petition there has been for Parliament.
You cannot include petitions to leave the EU ( as the UK has already had a referendum on the issue).
Nor can you include petitions on calling a General Election. They would only merit consideration if they achieved more votes than Labour did at the General Election ( over 9 million).
 
The petition on digital ID has to be seen in the context of being part of a wider campaign.
It will assist those MP’s in Parliament who oppose the government’s plans.
The next stage is the debate, either a Petitions Committee debate or one in the main chamber.
It is thus imperative that the signatures continues well over 3 million.
It does not help the campaign at all if there are voices which say it is all a waste of time.
So please, let’s have more signatures as part of a wide campaign of more protests, more writing to our MP’s and more.
It is quite feasible to win this.

SOLAR INERTIAL MOTION:

Did you even know that the Sun moves in a spiral in relation to the planets of the Solar System? That it is NOT static? And that this is the primary driver for short to medium term climate change?

Newton knew this,why do they no longer teach this at school or Uni?

NEWTON (1687) showed that the sun is engaged in continual motion around the centre of mass of the solar system (i.e. the barycentre) as a result of the gravitational force exerted by the planets, especially Jupiter and Saturn. He came to this conclusion analytically (not by observation) by working through the consequences of his law of gravitation. The sun is in free-fall around the barycentre as a result of planetary gravitational force. The sun orbits the barycentre inside a circular area which itself is just over two solar diameters in diameter. This might be negligible for the solar system but it is highly significant in relation to the size and nature of the sun. Amongst other things, the sun may be travelling through its own electromagnetic fields during various stages of its journey. Unlike planetary orbits around the barycentre, the sun’s orbit around the barycentre differs greatly from orbit to orbit. The general form of the sun’s barycentric orbit is an epitrochoid, a big circle continuous with a little ring nestling asymmetrically inside it. At one phase, the orbit is nearly circular, almost two solar diameters in diameter. At another phase, the Sun is impelled on a backward, or retrograde, journey in which it undergoes a tight loop-the-loop, crossing over its own path in a loop that is less than one solar radius. The epitrochoid’s asymmetric ring arises from the sun undergoing the retrograde loop-the-loop. No alignment of the planets in relation to the Sun repeats itself exactly, because the solar system is chaotic, containing intrinsic randomness.

As a result, no two epitrochoid-shaped solar orbits are the same. Nevertheless, they can be classified into eight distinctive patterns, each of about 179 years’ duration, which is also the time taken for the planets to occupy approximately the same positions again relative to each other and the sun. In this time the sun completes about nine orbits, or one planetary cycle.

Most scientists do NOT understand this. They are lost behind the CO2 false science.
