How was a COVID-19 death counted in the UK?

Judging by the Jane Bürgermeister analysis a few posts earlier, I believe each country can stop all this by a group of citizens taking legal action against their health minister in relation to the "safety" of the "vaccine" using official numbers of adverse events and deaths.
