The next day on March 24 , Janet Woodcock MD - the FDA Director of the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. In direct insubordination of POTUS and HHS recommended that BARDA use the fda’s emergency use authorization process as a tool of obstruction instead of the existing mechanism to streamline Hcq access to Americans (Expanded Access IND protocol).

This was highly unusual behavior. She assisted the BARDA director in writing this document and it was submitted to the FDA.
• On March 29, the FDA (Woodcock’s Division) issued its carefully designed and manipulateive EUA for HCQ.

The issued EUA stated that “hospitalized patients were likely to have a greater prospect of benefit (compared to ambulatory patients with mild illness).”

This MURDERED 500000 Americans.
In reality, the data showed that the exact opposite was true. This was a fatal act that would soon destroy the outpatient use of HCQ as part of the National Pandemic Plan.

The FDA had nefariously overstepped the available clinical data when it issued its EUA.

HCQ should be given within the first 4-5 days of the first onset of symptoms to outpatients, not hospitalized patients in the more severe secondary phase of COVID.

South Korea had discovered this in mid February 2020.

This is the mechanism behind our current genocide.
