“Supreme Court upholds the High Court of Castilla-La Mancha and denies mandatory Covid tests to nursing home workers.

The Supreme Court’s ruling refers to only two of the measures in the Order of the Regional Ministry of Social Welfare of 5 August, specifically those that were denied by the High Court, which emphasised that the rest of the measures in the Order did not require judicial authorisation as they did not affect fundamental rights.

The two measures refused were the carrying out of periodic tests on nursing home workers and on those entering or re-entering the nursing homes, as well as the isolation of persons displaying a clinical suspicion of Covid until necessary tests had been carried out.”

PHE England have released their latest information on the Delta Variant today (data up to 15th August).

PHE have confirmed 386k cases of the "Delta variant" since 1st February so about 60k cases a month in a population of over 56 million

The latest figures now show that you are more likely to die WITH the delta variant if injected.

In addition, the more doses and the longer since your injection the much more likely you are to die WITH the Delta variant if infected.

So those being injected are receiving no protection and all of the risks associated with the short and long term adverse reactions and even death from the Covid-19 experimental injections.

Latest UK Adverse Events and Fatalities following the experimental Covid-19 injection as released by the MHRA (UK) today.


UK Fatalities now total 1596 people. Injuries of 1.2 million have now been reported by over 347,000 people.

As is common many weeks the reports do not add up, the data in the AZ report actually shows another 10 deaths compared to the total on the report, these are excluded from the analysis above.
