From the 1970s, at the level of the UN, we could have worked on population at a macro level, incentivising people to have fewer children per family. We never tried voluntary means coupled to incentives. Only brutal methods that made things worse.
That’s why I think they’re going for the spectacular version. That absolutely requires totalitarian tyranny because they can manage the kick back if they know you won’t obtain food if you don’t cooperate.
That’s why I expect mandatory digital ID will be required. We must not allow it. Once it’s in place, they push over the global financial system & replace it entirely with cashless, digital money in the form of CBDCs. There’s no way out from there.
This is why it’s necessary to take a few steps back & halt these monsters now. I implore you to regard that as your No. 1 goal. If we fail, nothing else will matter.

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation said a severe drought plaguing the western United States has left its system of reservoirs depleted. Environmental laws also require the system to have supply to maintain water quality throughout the fragile San Joaquin-Sacramento River Delta.
The bureau said January and February have been the driest ever recorded for the northern Sierra Nevada mountains.
