1. Banned from any public demonstration or event in London relating to Palestine or 'israel'.
2. Curfewed to live and sleep at a specified address.
3. Must notify a detective if I leave home for more than 48 hours.

Yesterday, the chair of the tribunal cut me off from reading out one sentence. The GMC had also specifically requested that I am not to speak.
