When it comes to 12-15yr olds giving consent against parental wishes, Gillick competency is irrelevant and a deliberate distraction.
It doesn’t apply to experimental medical treatments and trials.

Anyone involved in this is acting illegally and that would include the school staff who might facilitate this criminal action.

It’s very simple and schools should immediately refuse to allow this to happen on their premises (and I think many will).

If parents are crazy enough to want their children injected then they can go somewhere else where the staff are willing to break the law.

A few months ago i was called by the school to get permission for them to give my 12yr old daughter paracetamol for a headache.
But an experimental gene therapy with an appalling safety record and no idea of the long term effects?
Yes, forgot asking mum and dad.

There are strong indications that schools & health authorities will try to use “Gillick Competence” to circumvent parental consent to vaccination. In other words, they may not send advance warning of vaccination day and may inject your child after “assessing” them to be Gillick competent. This is despite there being legal precedent set in the recent Bell v Tavistock case that children do not have capacity to give consent for experimental treatments, as it is impossible for them to be fully informed on their potential impact.

“Systems should now take the following actions to ensure that all children aged 12 (on or before the date of vaccination) to 15, in line with the UK CMOs’ advice, are provided with consenting materials, screened and have received an invitation/ date to be vaccinated before the half-term break….

Our objective is to vaccinate children as quickly as is safe and practical, with the majority of school visits completed and vaccinations administered before October half term….

Systems should make preparations to commence the programme no later than Wednesday 22 September"
