🔸Publishing content: feature breakdowns, professional tips, lifehacks, and product updates;
🔸Real-time monitoring of mentions of pdf.net on Reddit, with timely responses and assistance when needed;
🔸Collecting user feedback and turning it into actionable insights for the development team;
🔸Monitoring competitor mentions and being present when users are frustrated with Adobe, DocuSign, and other solutions — to offer a faster, more convenient, and friendlier alternative.

Requirements:
🔸Be an active Reddit user with high karma;
🔸Quickly learn and understand the product, grasping new information on the fly to provide effective technical support;
🔸Have a strong knowledge of Reddit memes and formatting rules;
🔸Have experience in social media growth / community development.

🔸We are currently building a brand-new website for CyberYozh and looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Technical Content Writer to join our team and shape our technical voice.

What you'll do:
🔸Research, write, and update technical articles, landing pages, comparison pages, and product documentation.
🔸Perform keyword research and create SEO-focused content briefs using Semrush.
🔸Ensure all content is technically accurate, well-organized, and optimized for search engines.
🔸Collaborate closely with the SEO and product teams to produce content that aligns with our business goals.
🔸Maintain a consistent brand voice and high editorial quality across all published content.

What you bring:
🔸Minimum 3-4 years of experience in technical content writing.
🔸Excellent written English and Russian (strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail).
