Responsibilities:
🔸Create visually engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites;
🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
🔸Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
🔸Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output;
🔸Manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Requirements:
🔸At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer;
🔸Portfolio demonstrating your graphic design skills;
🔸Proven experience in creating and understanding performance-driven creative ads;
🔸Ability to generate visuals using Midjourney or similar AI tools;
🔸Fluent in After Effects and Figma.
🔸Understanding visual storytelling and how to make graphics more engaging and memorable.
🔸A good eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality motion design work.
🔸English proficiency at least at B1 level.
🔸Previous experience working in user acquisition teams is a huge plus and can make you stand out.

Интро:
🔸Ищем SMM-менеджера в агентство, который в будущем станет Управляющим директором.

Обязанности:
🔸Создание контента совместно с командой: копирайтером, дизайнером, фотографом, видеографом. Ваша основная задача - организовать команду, но иногда придется "работать руками";
🔸Анализ эффективности рекламных активностей и подготовка отчетов;
🔸Трекинг и управление задачами по проектам
🔸Административные / маркетинговые задачи: ведение контент-плана, генерация идей, настройка таргетированной рекламы, подбор ТГ-каналов для посевов, контроль выхода рекламных постов, статистика и тп
🔸Участие в разработке стратегий продвижения клиентских аккаунтов.

Требования:
🔸Опыт работы от 1 года в сфере SMM-маркетинга;
🔸Знание основных социальных сетей и инструментов SMM;
🔸Безупречная грамотность. Это, пожалуй, основное требование. Правильная речь и знание, куда ставить знаки препинания - это база);
🔸Навыки работы в программах для монтажа (VN/Capcut);
🔸Нейронки на базовом уровне;
🔸Желательно базовые знания Figma;
🔸Готовность иногда реагировать на задачи супер-оперативно (в рамках 3-4 часов). В основном все задачи будут запланированы на неделю, но периодически нужно будет откликаться и включаться в работу быстро.

Условия:
🔸4 часа в день,
🔸Рост до Управляющего директора SMM-Агентства в Love99
🔸Удалённая работа с гибким графиком

Зарплата:
🔸Оплата труда от 40 000 до 100 000 рублей
🔸Стартуем с 40 000 и растем по ЗП от количества задач
