Responsibilities:
🔸Create visually engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites;
🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
🔸Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
🔸Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output;
🔸Manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Requirements:
🔸At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer;
🔸Portfolio demonstrating your graphic design skills;
🔸Proven experience in creating and understanding performance-driven creative ads;
🔸Ability to generate visuals using Midjourney or similar AI tools;
🔸Fluent in After Effects and Figma.
🔸Understanding visual storytelling and how to make graphics more engaging and memorable.
🔸A good eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality motion design work.
🔸English proficiency at least at B1 level.
🔸Previous experience working in user acquisition teams is a huge plus and can make you stand out.

Responsibilities:
🔸Search for new ideas and creation of creative concepts based on hypotheses and/or scales of working creatives;
🔸Working with UGC;
🔸Working with motion and graphic designers on editing final videos and static creatives;
🔸Analyzing the results of advertising creatives and improving the performance of new ones.

Requirements:
🔸At least 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer;
🔸Experience in creating creatives for paid advertising (FB/TikTok/Google/Snapchat etc.);
🔸Knowledge of English at least Upper Intermediate;
🔸Understanding the basics of digital marketing;
🔸A creative approach to working with UGC;
