Что мы ожидаем от тебя:
🔸Опыт работы графическим дизайнером не менее 2 лет.
🔸Портфолио с примерами работ, связанных с мобильными приложениями (особенно скриншоты для стор).
🔸Умение создавать дизайн, который продает: знание трендов мобильной графики и принципов UI/UX.
🔸Отличное владение Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator или другими графическими редакторами.
🔸Креативность, ответственность и внимание к деталям.

Responsibilities:
🔸Create visually engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites;
🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
🔸Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
🔸Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output;
🔸Manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Requirements:
🔸At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer;
🔸Portfolio demonstrating your graphic design skills;
🔸Proven experience in creating and understanding performance-driven creative ads;
🔸Ability to generate visuals using Midjourney or similar AI tools;
🔸Fluent in After Effects and Figma.
🔸Understanding visual storytelling and how to make graphics more engaging and memorable.
🔸A good eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality motion design work.
🔸English proficiency at least at B1 level.
🔸Previous experience working in user acquisition teams is a huge plus and can make you stand out.
