Requirements:
🔸Experience working in Google Sheets/Excel;
🔸Basic understanding of the real-estate and rental business;
🔸Strong spoken and written communication skills in English;
🔸We communicate in Slack, Trello.
🔸Result-oriented; Able to meet the timelines;
🔸Accuracy in Google sheets;
🔸Analytical mind;
🔸Love to simplify tasks;
🔸Disciplined. Able to work independently and as part of a team;
🔸Able to understand and execute simple guides;
🔸Able to learn new processes;

Duties:
🔸Web-data sourcing; Landlord contacts-related search;
🔸We provide the research tools, guidance and the templates; you make sure you meet the performance and accuracy standards;
🔸Close attention to detail, as missing out or entering the wrong data will not present us best to the potential partners;
🔸Ensure all content for the project is accurate before uploading;
🔸Track and monitor results: work accurately in Google Sheets to record and track our data.

Conditions:
🔸Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm EST (NYC time);
🔸Project vacancy (6-8+ month approx.)
🔸Remote vacancy

Salary:
🔸$900+commissions
