Обязанности:
🔸Создавать креативы для digital-продвижения, которые цепляют зрителя и решают задачи бизнеса
🔸Быть наставником в команде дизайнеров из 10 человек
🔸Общаться и решать рабочие вопросы с клиентами и менеджерами
🔸Готовить обучения для отдела и делиться накопленными знаниями
🔸Составлять и контролировать файловую структуру
🔸Отслеживать эффективность отдела в bitrix24

Требования:
🔸Имеешь портфолио в digital-рекламе
🔸Профи в пакете Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate)
🔸Дружишь с нейросетями
🔸Имеешь опыт наставничества и управления командой
🔸Уверен, что дизайн не стоит на месте и с жаждой узнаешь новые фишки в сфере

🔸The app has been on the market since 2017 and is a top leader in Generative AI. The founder and C-level executives are based in San Francisco.
🔸The company is a Y Combinator graduate, with its core audience in the USA.
🔸The company has ambitious plans - to significantly increase the company's revenue and help the product grow X2 this year.

Responsibilities:
🔸Create visually engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content;
🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
🔸Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
🔸Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output;
🔸Manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Requirements:
🔸At least 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer
🔸Portfolio demonstrating your motion design skills
🔸Understanding of performance marketing and the ability to create UA (User Acquisition) videos for Facebook and TikTok
🔸Proficiency in After Effects and Figma;
🔸Skills in using AI tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion;
🔸Understanding of visual storytelling and how to make graphics more engaging and memorable;
🔸Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality motion design work
🔸English language proficiency at least at the B1 level;
🔸Previous experience working in high-performing user acquisition teams is a huge plus and can make you stand out.
