Telegram Desktop 的上游库 lib_ui 的 Windows 部分日前增加了中日韩字体的回退支持，不过...
1. 不知中文字体为何选择了微软雅黑而不是「微软雅黑 UI」
2. 字体回退顺序由于 Qt 的各种问题（?）没有按照区域调整优先字体的顺序，导致无论区域设定，字体回退顺序都是雅黑→正黑→遊ゴシック→맑은 고딕。这样由于雅黑的文字覆盖比较广，而且一般 Windows 安装都附带了基础的全套多语种字体，导致繁中和日文用户基本上没有机会见到正黑和遊ゴシック了。也有日文用户在抱怨这件事。

Android 11 终于在设置界面加上了无线 ADB 调试，在此之前需要通过需要 Root 权限的第三方工具或第三方 ROM 来开启。
除了不依赖第三方工具以外，无线 ADB 调试还新增了一个 6 位 PIN 码验证代替原来的密钥验证进行配对，现在的配对步骤如下：
1、启用手机上的开发者选项和无线调试，并与电脑连接到同一个局域网中，从无线调试界面获取当前手机的 IP 地址和开放端口号；
2、在电脑上使用最新的 SDK 工具，执行
3、ADB 要求输入手机上显示的配对码，确定后将显示

After completing extensive due diligence, the ICANN Board found that withholding consent of the transfer of PIR from the Internet Society (ISOC) to Ethos Capital was reasonable, and the right thing to do.
