بتاريخ مساء اليوم ٢٩/١٢/٢٠٢٥ ، تم توثيق هجوم طائفي و أعمال عنف في بمحافظة اللاذقية، نفذها أشخاص موالون للسلطة الانتقالية الحالية، بحضور وتغطية مباشرة من عناصر جهاز الأمن العام لسلطة الأمر الواقع الارهابيه هذا عدا عن الانتشار الكثيف لفصائل وزارة الدفاع وحواجز الأمن العام في مختلف أحياء المدينة، والتي لعبت دورًا في تأمين تحركات المهاجمين وتوفير الغطاء لهم، دون أي تدخل لحماية المدنيين أو منع الاعتداءات.

تشمل الانتهاكات الموثقة ما يلي:
• الاعتداء على ممتلكات مدنيين من الطائفة العلوية، عبر تكسير سيارات خاصة ومحال تجارية.
• إطلاق نار مباشر باتجاه منازل وأحياء سكنية ذات غالبية علوية، ما شكّل تهديدًا مباشرًا لحياة المدنيين.
• اعتداءات جسدية بحق مارة باستخدام أسلحة بيضاء (سكاكين وسواطير, الشنتيانات ( عباره عن سكاكين يبلغ طولها اقل شي 70 سم)، إضافة إلى الضرب المبرح، مترافقًا مع سباب وشتم وتحريض طائفي علني.

وتُظهر مواد مصوّرة موثّقة انتشار الأسلحة البيضاء بحوزة المهاجمين، بمن فيهم أطفال وقُصّر، في انتهاك جسيم لمبادئ حماية الطفل، ويُشير إلى استخدام القُصّر في أعمال عنف منظّمة

وفي سياق متصل، تم توثيق أنه بتاريخ يوم أمس، تعرّض متظاهرون سلميون لاعتداءات مماثلة شملت إطلاق نار واستخدام أسلحة بيضاء، من قبل عناصر الأمن العام ومؤيدي السلطة الانتقالية، ما أدى إلى إصابة العشرات، إضافة إلى استشهاد عدد من الشبان من الطائفة العلوية أثناء مطالبتهم بحقوقهم الأساسية

Documented Sectarian Attacks Against Alawite Civilians in Latakia Governorate With Direct Participation, Support, and Protection by General Security Forces (29 December 2025)

On the evening of 29/12/2025, a sectarian attack and acts of violence were documented in Latakia Governorate, carried out by individuals loyal to the current transitional authority, with the direct presence, support, and protection of the General Security apparatus affiliated with the de facto terrorist authority.

This occurred alongside the heavy deployment of Ministry of Defense factions and the establishment of General Security checkpoints across multiple neighborhoods of the city, which served to facilitate the attackers’ movements and provide operational cover, rather than protect civilians or prevent the assaults.

The documented violations include the following:
• Attacks on civilian property belonging to members of the Alawite community, including the destruction of private vehicles and commercial shops.
• Direct gunfire targeting residential homes and neighborhoods with an Alawite majority, posing an immediate and serious threat to civilian lives.
• Physical assaults against passersby using bladed weapons (knives and machetes), in addition to severe beatings, accompanied by verbal abuse, hate speech, and explicit sectarian incitement.

Verified video materials further document the widespread possession of bladed weapons by the attackers, including children and minors, constituting a grave violation of child protection principles and indicating the use of minors in organized acts of violence.

In a related context, it was documented that on the previous day, peaceful demonstrators were subjected to similar attacks, including live gunfire and the use of bladed weapons, directly carried out by General Security forces and supporters of the transitional authority, resulting in dozens of injuries and the killing of several young men from the Alawite community while demanding their fundamental rights.

وتم توثيق الهجوم في شارع خلف مبنى الهجرة والجوازات، حيث شملت الانتهاكات ما يلي:
• الاعتداء المباشر على الأهالي باستخدام العصي، السكاكين، والسواطير و الشنتيانات.
• تكسير سيارات مدنية وتحطيم محال تجارية.
• سرقة سيارات وممتلكات خاصة.
• إطلاق نار مباشر باتجاه المنازل والبيوت في أحياء ذات غالبية علوية، ما يشكّل خطرًا مباشرًا على حياة المدنيين.

كما تُظهر المواد الموثّقة انتشار أعمال السرقة والنشل وحالة فوضى عامة في شارع الملكي وامتدادًا باتجاه منطقة الرمل الشمالي.

تشير طبيعة الانتهاكات وتزامنها المكاني والزماني إلى هجوم طائفي واسع النطاق استهدف المدنيين وممتلكاتهم، ضمن سياق من الانفلات الأمني المقصود وغياب أي إجراءات لحماية السكان حيث جهاز الامن العام لسلطة الأمر الواقع مشارك و يدعم هذا الهجوم الطائفي و يلعب دورًا في تأمين تحركات المهاجمين وتوفير الغطاء لهم، دون أي تدخل لحماية المدنيين أو منع الاعتداءات.

The attack was documented on the street behind the Immigration and Passports Department, and the recorded violations include:
• Direct assaults on residents using batons, knives, machetes, and clubs.
• Destruction of civilian vehicles and vandalism of commercial shops.
• Theft of vehicles and private property.
• Direct gunfire aimed at homes and residential buildings in neighborhoods with an Alawite majority, posing an immediate threat to civilian lives.

The verified materials further show the spread of theft, pickpocketing, and a state of general disorder along al-Maliki Street, extending toward the al-Raml al-Shamali area.

The nature of the violations, together with their temporal and geographic coordination, indicates a large-scale sectarian attack targeting civilians and their property, within a context of deliberate security breakdown and the absence of any protective measures for the population.

تُظهر مادة مصوّرة موثّقة اعتداءً طائفيًا مباشرًا ارتكبه أشخاص موالون لسلطة الأمر الواقع الانتقالية بقيادة أحمد الشرع (أبو محمد الجولاني) بحق طفل من الطائفة العلوية.

ويُظهر المقطع الطفل أثناء قيامه بجلب الخبز لأسرته، حيث تعرّض لما يلي:
• اعتداء جسدي مباشر شمل الضرب والإهانة.
• تكفير وتحريض ديني علني ضده.
• الترهيب النفسي والضغط القسري لإجباره على التبرؤ من معتقده الديني، وإرغامه على ترديد الشهادتين تحت التهديد

The footage shows the child while bringing bread to his family, where he was subjected to:

• Open religious denunciation and incitement against him.
• Psychological intimidation and coercion, forcing him to renounce his religious belief and recite the Shahada under threat.
