شهدت مدينة جبلة هجومًا على متظاهرين سلميين، حيث احتضن شاب والده في محاولة لحمايته من الموت و القتل المحكم خلال اعتداء نفذته مجموعات من مؤيدي السلطة الانتقالية الارهابيه.

📝 تفاصيل الحادث:
• أصيب أب ونجله بجروح متفاوتة، بعضها خطــير، إثر اعتداء نفذته المجموعات المؤيدة للسلطة الانتقالية على تجمع سلمي قرب دوار المشفى بعد نحو ساعة من انطلاقه ظهرًا.
• وفقًا لشهادة الشاب ذ. ع.، بدأ الهجوم برشق المعتصمين بالحجارة، ثم تطور إلى اعتداء مباشر باستخدام الســـكاكين والعصــي، رغم وجود حواجز وعناصر للأمن العام حول الاعتصام دون أي تدخل لحماية المتظاهرين.
• أثناء الاعتداء، سقط الأب، المريض بالسكري، بعد تعرضه للرشق بالحـ.ـجارة، فألقى نجله نفسه فوقه لحمايته من الضربات. أسفر الهجوم عن إصابة الشاب بطعـ.ـنات وكدمات متعددة، إحداها وصلت إلى العظم، وضربة قوية على الرأس، فيما أصيب الأب بطعـنة في الفخذ وتهشــم في عظم القدم.
• أشار الشاب إلى أن الفيديو المتداول يوثق اللحظات الأخيرة من الهجوم الذي استمر حوالي دقيقتين، وأن الخوف من التوقيف الأمني حال دون توجههما إلى المستشفى، ما اضطرهما للاكتفاء بتلقي إسعافات أولية خارجية.

The city of Jableh witnessed an attack on peaceful demonstrators, during which a young man embraced his father in an attempt to protect him from imminent death, amid an assault carried out by groups supporting the transitional terrorist authority.

📝 Incident Details:
• A father and his son sustained varying degrees of injuries, some severe, following an attack by pro-transitional authority groups on a peaceful gathering near the hospital roundabout, approximately one hour after the demonstration began at noon.
• According to the testimony of the young man (initials: D.A.), the attack began with stones being thrown at the demonstrators and escalated to direct physical assaults using knives and sticks, despite the presence of barricades and General Security personnel around the protest, who did not intervene to protect the demonstrators.
• During the attack, the father, who suffers from diabetes, fell after being struck by stones. His son threw himself over his father in an effort to shield him from the blows. The assault resulted in the young man sustaining multiple stab wounds and bruises, one reaching the bone, in addition to a severe blow to the head. The father suffered a stab wound to the thigh and a fracture in the foot.
• The young man indicated that the circulating video documents the final moments of the attack, which lasted approximately two minutes, and that fear of security detainment prevented them from going to the hospital, forcing them to rely on makeshift first aid outside.

أقدمت سلطة الأمر الواقع الارهابيه في سوريا على مهاجمة مدنيين عُزّل من الطائفة العلوية خرجوا في تظاهرات سلمية مطالبين بحقوقهم الاساسيه بالحياه ، مستخدمة المدرعات والدبابات، والرصاص.

مدنيون بلا سلاح، بلا تهديد، لا يملكون سوى أصواتهم؛
قوبلوا بقوة عسكرية ثقيلة، في انتهاك جسيم لمبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني وقواعد حماية المدنيين، وجريمة لا تبرير لها تحت أي ذريعة

📌 استهداف التجمعات السلمية يشكّل انتهاكًا للحق في الحياة وحرية التعبير والتجمع.
📌 استخدام الأسلحة الثقيلة في مناطق مأهولة يرقى إلى خطر جسيم على المدنيين وقد يشكّل جريمة دولية.
📌 الامتناع عن التحقيق والمساءلة يعزز مناخ الإفلات من العقاب

ما يُسمّى بـ «سلطة الأمر الواقع» في سوريا هي امتداد مباشر لتنظيم داعش من حيث التكوين، العقيدة، القيادات، وأساليب العمل.
الانتهاكات المرتكبة بحق المدنيين، قمع التظاهرات السلمية، استخدام السلاح الثقيل ضد السكان، والاستهداف الطائفي المنهجي، تمثّل ممارسات داعشية خالصة نُفِّذت سابقًا وتُعاد اليوم تحت مسمّى مختلف.

Documented Crime Against Civilians: De Facto Authority in Syria Mirrors ISIS Practices

The de facto authority in Syria carried out attacks against unarmed civilians from the Alawite community who took part in peaceful demonstrations demanding their fundamental right to life, deploying armored vehicles and tanks instead of dialogue, and live ammunition instead of words.

Unarmed civilians—posing no threat and carrying nothing but their voices—were met with overwhelming military force, constituting a grave violation of international humanitarian law and the rules protecting civilians, and a crime that cannot be justified under any pretext.

📌 Targeting peaceful assemblies constitutes a violation of the right to life and freedoms of expression and peaceful assembly.
📌 Use of heavy weapons in populated areas poses a severe risk to civilians and may amount to an international crime.
📌 Failure to investigate and ensure accountability entrenches a climate of impunity.

What is referred to as the “de facto authority” in Syria represents a direct extension of ISIS in terms of structure, ideology, leadership, and operational methods.
The violations committed against civilians—the repression of peaceful protests, the use of heavy weaponry against residential populations, and systematic sectarian targeting—are distinctly ISIS practices, previously carried out and reproduced today under a different label.

🔴 #توثيق_حقوقي – حولوا من السيارة التي دهست المتظاهرين رمزا لطائفيتهم وسائقها الإرهابي “مدرس الأجيال” أمير اليوسف بطلاً!

تشير المعلومات إلى أن سيارة الـ“سبورتاج”، التي استخدمت في دهس المتظاهرين السلميين العلويين يوم الأحد، تعود لأمير اليوسف، مدرس لغة عربية من إدلب يقيم في اللاذقية منذ نحو عشر سنوات بعد نزوحه نتيجة الأزمة. وقد ادعى أنه من حلب قبل السقوط، لكسب تعاطف العلويين في الساحل، فأُتيح له التدريس في منازلهم وتقديم دروس خصوصية لأبنائهم بحسن نية.

لكن ما كان جزاء الإحسان منه أنه نفّذ عملية دهس المتظاهرين السلميين، مظهراً حقداً أسود وجحوداً رهيباً

📝 تفاصيل الواقعة:
• السيارة التي نفذت حادث الدهس تم نقلها لاحقاً إلى محافظة إدلب و أستقبلت هناك كرمز للحادثة.
• سائق السيارة حصل على إشادة علنية ومكافآت وهدايا من بعض شيوخ وشخصيات عشائرية، في خطاب دعم للعنف وتشجيع على الاعتداء على المدنيين العلويين السلميين.
• فيما بعد نشر الإرهابي أمير اليوسف مقطعًا مصورًا يظهر فيه متجهًا إلى دمشق، ما أثار موجة غضب واستنكار على نطاق واسع، نظرًا لتمجيد العنف ضد الاحتجاجات السلمية.
• موالون للسلطة الإرهابية يواصلون نشر صور السيارة، والسخرية من الضحايا بطريقة طائفية، وتكريس العملية الإرهابية باعتبارها فعلًا بطوليًا.

⚠️ هذه الوقائع تُظهر خطورة التمكين الطائفي للأفراد للقيام بأعمال إرهابية، وما يصاحب ذلك من تحريض ومكافأة رسمية وشبه رسمية، مما يشكل انتهاكًا صارخًا لحقوق الإنسان والحق في التظاهر السلمي.

🔴 #HumanRightsDocumentation – Turning the Vehicle That Ran Over Protesters into a Sectarian Symbol and Its Terrorist Driver, “Teacher of Generations” Amir Al-Youssef, into a Hero!

Information indicates that the “Sportage” vehicle used to run over peaceful Alawite protesters on Sunday belongs to Amir Al-Youssef, an Arabic language teacher from Idlib who has been residing in Latakia for approximately ten years after being displaced due to the crisis. He falsely claimed to be from Aleppo before its fall in order to gain the sympathy of Alawite residents along the coast. As a result, he was allowed to teach in their homes and provide private lessons to their children in good faith.

However, instead of showing gratitude, he deliberately carried out the vehicular attack on peaceful protesters, demonstrating extreme hatred and malicious ingratitude.

📝 Incident Details:
• The vehicle involved in the attack was later transported to Idlib Governorate and received as a symbolic representation of the incident.
• The driver, Amir Al-Youssef, received public praise, gifts, and rewards from certain sheikhs and tribal figures, in a discourse that actively supported violence and encouraged attacks on peaceful Alawite civilians.
• Subsequently, Amir Al-Youssef released a video showing himself traveling to Damascus, which sparked widespread outrage and condemnation for glorifying violence against peaceful protests.
• Supporters of the terrorist de facto authority continue to circulate images of the vehicle, mock the victims in a sectarian manner, and promote the attack as a “heroic act.”
