وبحسب تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة، دخل شخصٌ من فئة الشباب إلى الموقع وهو مرتدٍ ملابس سوداء وحذاءً أبيض اللون.
وقد تسلّق السور بطريقة توحي بمعرفته بمواقع الكاميرات، ما يشير إلى تخطيطٍ مسبق أو درايةٍ بالمكان.
أقدم على كتابة العبارات وتكسير التمثال باستخدام حجرٍ كان بحوزته، قبل أن يغادر الموقع.

وحسب المصادر، وقعت الجريمة حوالي الساعة السادسة والنصف مساءً، حين كان المغدور شكري عائدًا من معصرة الزيتون على جراره الزراعي، حيث اعترضه مجهولون وأطلقوا عليه ست رصاصات.

According to sources, the crime took place around 6:30 PM as Shukri was returning from the olive press on his tractor, when unknown assailants stopped him and fired six shots.
He was immediately taken to the Cindirêsê subdistrict hospital but succumbed to his injuries, and his body was later transferred to the military hospital in central Afrin, to be handed over to his family.

This follows earlier attempts to seize her home by armed groups of the de facto authority, forcibly occupying it and changing the locks in blatant violation of her right to property.
After official complaints failed, a local sheikh informally intervened, but the group resumed threats.
Her husband, engineer-officer N. H., has been detained by the de facto authority since the fall of the previous regime. Her assassination occurred one day before her scheduled visit to him, indicating premeditation.

لليوم الثاني على التوالي، تتعرض الكنائس في سوريا لتهديدات مباشرة. فبعد ما شهدته كنيسة الكرلس يوم أمس، استفاق أهالي معرة صيدنايا اليوم على مشهدٍ مؤسف تمثّل بعبارات طائفية بغيضة كُتبت على جدران بوابة كنيسة مار إلياس في صيدنايا بريف دمشق، من بينها عبارات مسيئة مثل: "نصارى كفّار".
ما كُتب على الجدران لا يُعد مجرد إساءة لفظية، بل يُعتبر تهديدًا واضحًا، إذ يذكّر الأهالي بتفجير كنيسة مار إلياس في دويلعة الذي وقع قبل بضعة أشهر من هذا العام، ما أثار حالة من القلق والاستنكار الواسع في المنطقة.

Following yesterday’s incident at St. Charles Church, residents of Ma‘arra Saidnaya woke up today to a disturbing scene — hateful and sectarian graffiti written on the gate walls of Mar Elias Church in Saidnaya, including phrases such as “Christians are infidels.”
The writings on the walls are not just verbal insults but are considered a clear threat, as they remind locals of the Mar Elias Church bombing in Dweila, which occurred a few months ago this year, sparking widespread concern and condemnation across the area.

أفادت مصادر محلية أنه تم العثور على جثمان الطبيب “حمزة شاهين” مدفونًا في منطقة المطلّة بريف دمشق، بعد وفاته تحت التعذيب، إثر اختطافه منذ أسبوع من أمام عيادته في منطقة دير علي بالكسوة – ريف دمشق.
وبحسب المصادر، فإن الخاطفين طلبوا فدية مالية قدرها 100 ألف دولار بعد يوم من عملية الاختطاف، إلا أن عائلة الطبيب رفضت التفاوض قبل الحصول على دليل يؤكد أنه على قيد الحياة، سواء عبر صورة أو تسجيل صوتي، وهو ما رفضه الخاطفون.
ليتبيّن لاحقًا أن الطبيب فارق الحياة بعد ثلاثة أيام من اختطافه نتيجة التعذيب، ليتم دفنه سرًّا في قرية المطلّة في محاولة لإخفاء الجريمة، قبل أن يُستخرج جثمانه ويُنقل إلى مشفى الصنمين.
الطبيب حمزة شاهين، ابن قرية دير علي بريف دمشق، كان يُعرف بين الأهالي بلقب “طبيب الفقراء” لما قدّمه من خدمات إنسانية وطبية مجانية لأبناء قريته وجميع القرى والبلدات المجاورة.
ويؤكد الأهالي أن السلاح والسيارات لا تزال بيد عصابات سلطة الأمر الواقع، الذين يخطفون ويقتلون بعلم تلك السلطة في مختلف مناطق البلاد، بينما عند المحاسبة يُعتقل أشخاص لا علاقة لهم أو تُنفذ مسرحيات “إلقاء قبض” و“اعترافات” وهمية، ليُتحدث لاحقًا عن سجن المتورطين بهذه القضايا، قبل أن يُفرج عنهم من الباب الخلفي.

Local sources reported the discovery of Dr. Hamza Shaheen’s body, found buried in the Al-Matla area of rural Damascus, after he died under torture, following his abduction a week earlier from his clinic in Deir Ali – Al-Kiswah.
According to reports, the kidnappers demanded a ransom of $100,000 the day after the abduction, but the family refused to negotiate without proof of life — such as a photo or a voice recording — which the kidnappers declined to provide.
It was later revealed that Dr. Shaheen had died three days after his abduction as a result of brutal torture, and his body was secretly buried in Al-Matla village in an attempt to cover up the crime. His remains were later recovered and transferred to Al-Sanamayn Hospital.
Known among locals as “the doctor of the poor,” Dr. Hamza Shaheen was admired for his humanitarian work and dedication to serving the people of his village and neighboring towns.
Residents affirm that weapons and vehicles remain in the hands of armed gangs backed by the de facto authorities, who kidnap and kill with impunity, while so-called accountability efforts target innocent civilians or stage fake arrests and confessions — only for the real perpetrators to walk free through the back door.
