Within a recurrent pattern of systematic crimes, these factions abducted dozens of civilian young men after forcibly separating them from their families while they were leaving the neighborhood. They were subsequently paraded in the media and falsely presented as fighters affiliated with the Asayish forces.

• Elderly men.
• Young adults at the beginning of their lives.

• The international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities.
• The launch of an immediate, independent international investigation.
• Public condemnation of these crimes.
• Accountability of those responsible as perpetrators of war crimes and serious human rights violations.

One civilian who was arbitrarily arrested during the midday hours was summarily executed a short time after his detention. Visual evidence shows that the victim was subjected to a brutal killing outside any legal framework, constituting a grave and unjustifiable violation of International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law.

1. Extremely deep cut to the neck (slaughter):
A wide transverse wound extending from side to side, with clear separation of tissues and probable damage to major blood vessels (the carotid arteries and jugular veins).
2. Severe injuries to the face and head:
Extensive facial disfigurement, particularly in the eye, forehead, and nose areas, with indications of repeated and forceful blows causing massive damage to the skin and facial bones, including enucleation of the eye.
3. Stab wounds and lacerations to the chest and abdomen:
Multiple visible stab wounds, some of a tearing nature, especially in the lower chest and abdominal areas.
4. Massive bleeding around the body:
Large pools of blood surrounding the victim, with the primary source of hemorrhage originating from the neck area.
