Documented Facts:
One civilian who was arbitrarily arrested during the midday hours was summarily executed a short time after his detention. Visual evidence shows that the victim was subjected to a brutal killing outside any legal framework, constituting a grave and unjustifiable violation of International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law.

Forensic–Medical Description (based on documented footage):
1. Extremely deep cut to the neck (slaughter):
A wide transverse wound extending from side to side, with clear separation of tissues and probable damage to major blood vessels (the carotid arteries and jugular veins).
2. Severe injuries to the face and head:
Extensive facial disfigurement, particularly in the eye, forehead, and nose areas, with indications of repeated and forceful blows causing massive damage to the skin and facial bones, including enucleation of the eye.
3. Stab wounds and lacerations to the chest and abdomen:
Multiple visible stab wounds, some of a tearing nature, especially in the lower chest and abdominal areas.
4. Massive bleeding around the body:
Large pools of blood surrounding the victim, with the primary source of hemorrhage originating from the neck area.

These facts indicate a deliberate and extremely violent homicide using multiple methods (slaughtering + stabbing + severe blunt-force assault), committed following an arbitrary arrest, amounting to an extrajudicial execution and a serious crime that may rise to the level of a war crime and/or a crime against humanity
• The above constitutes a flagrant violation of the right to life, and of the absolute prohibition of torture and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.
• This crime requires an immediate, independent, and effective investigation, the preservation of evidence, the determination of both individual and command responsibility, and the prevention of impunity.

Urgent Demand:
We call on the competent international bodies to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, open an independent international investigation, ensure the protection of civilians, and hold all those responsible accountable in accordance with international standards.

From the Syrian coast, where elements of the de facto authority and the White Helmets threw bodies from mountaintops and dumped them into the sea in an attempt to erase evidence,
to Sweida, where terrorists affiliated with the Syrian Ministry of Defense threw Druze young men—none older than 26 years old—from the Arnous family, among the finest youth of the governorate, from a high building and shot them as they fell, in a brutal field execution.
The crime was carried out from the balcony of their own home, in a deeply shocking scene.

In Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood – Aleppo, the same terrorist factions affiliated with the Ministry of Defense threw a Kurdish girl from the second floor with extreme brutality.

🔻 Details of the crime:
• 6–7 perpetrators were present at the scene, of different nationalities (Syrian, Afghan, Chechen, Egyptian).
• They chanted in unison: “Allahu Akbar.”
• They verbally assaulted her with obscene and degrading insults, using the most dehumanizing language.

The de facto authority is ISIS — born from its very core.
