Terrorist factions operating under the Syrian Ministry of Defense of the de facto authority carried out a summary execution inside the victim’s home against a young Kurdish civilian. The execution was carried out at point-blank range, followed by running over the victim’s body. The crime was filmed and publicly disseminated by one of the perpetrators, who appeared openly boasting about the act.

The perpetrator accompanied the footage with chants and slogans affiliated with terrorist organizations, containing explicit incitement to killing and violence. Additionally, written statements glorifying bloodshed were displayed on the image, clearly indicating the terrorist motive behind the crime.

“Confront them with the thunder of drawn swords,
greet them with barrages of rocket launchers.
Let them hear the roar of gunfire like thunder,
tearing hearts from the chests of the fiercest lions.
Rain upon them the clouds of death as a blazing hell,
sowing terror in the hearts of even the bravest warriors.”

“We drink in the morning from the blood of our enemies,
And our evening meal is the flesh of skulls.”

These facts constitute a summary execution outside the scope of the law and a grave violation of international humanitarian law, further confirming that the de facto authority openly adopts terrorist ideology and practices, having emerged from the same roots as ISIS.
