على وقع صيحات «الله أكبر» والتكبيرات، نفّذت عناصر وزارة الدفاع بسلطة الأمر الواقع، بقيادة أبو محمد الجولاني (أحمد الشرع)، وبمشاركة عشائر موالية للسلطة الإرهابية، إعدامات ميدانية جماعية من مسافة صفر بحق كل من وقع أسيرًا من المكوّن الكوردي.

تُظهر الوقائع أن هذه العناصر بقيادة احمد الشرع، التي خرجت من رحم تنظيم داعش، ارتكبت هذه الأفعال على غرار ما فعلته بمجازر السويداء و الساحل في انتهاك جسيم وصريح للقانون الدولي الإنساني، ولا سيما اتفاقيات جنيف التي تحظر بشكل قاطع قتل الأسرى، وتُصنّف ذلك كـ جريمة حرب جسيمة.

كما رافقت عمليات الإعدام شتائم وألفاظ نابية ذات طابع تحريضي وعنصري بحق الكورد، شملت أوصافًا مهينة ووصفهم خنازير و ملاحدة ودعوات صريحة بالموت واللعن، في خطاب كراهية يعكس نية إجرامية واضحة، ويشكّل تحريضًا علنيًا على العنف والإبادة.

يُدرج هذا التوثيق ضمن الانتهاكات الجسيمة التي تستوجب تحقيقًا دوليًا مستقلًا ومحاسبة جميع المتورطين، من الآمرين والمنفذين، وكل من وفّر الغطاء أو التسهيل أو الدعم، أو شارك في التحريض، أو تستّر على الجريمة، أو امتنع عن منعها رغم القدرة القانونية والعملية على ذلك

Amid chants of “Allahu Akbar” and religious slogans, Jihadists members of the Ministry of Defense under the de facto authority, led by Abu Mohammad al-Jolani (Ahmed al-Sharaa), and with the participation of tribal forces loyal to the terrorist authority, carried out mass field executions at point-blank range against all individuals captured as prisoners from the Kurdish community.

The facts demonstrate that these elements led by Abu Mohammad al-Jolani (Ahmed al-Sharaa)—originating from the ranks and ideology of ISIS—committed these acts in a manner similar to the massacres perpetrated in Suwayda and the Syrian coast, constituting a grave and flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, particularly the Geneva Conventions, which categorically prohibit the killing of prisoners of war and classify such acts as serious war crimes.

The executions were accompanied by insults and obscene language of an inciting and racist nature against Kurds, including degrading descriptions, labeling them as “pigs” and “infidels,” and issuing explicit calls for death and curses. This hate speech reflects a clear criminal intent and constitutes public incitement to violence and extermination.

This documentation is classified among grave violations that require an independent international investigation and the accountability of all those involved, including those who ordered and carried out the crimes, as well as anyone who provided cover, facilitation, or support; participated in incitement; concealed the crime; or failed to prevent it despite having the legal and practical capacity to do so.

🔴أنقذوا كوباني

منذ عدة أيام، تتعرض مدينة كوباني لهجمات عنيفة من قبل وزارة الدفاع (سلطة الأمر الواقع)، باستخدام مختلف أنواع الأسلحة الثقيلة والخفيفة، إضافة إلى الطيران الانتحاري.

ورافق هذه الهجمات استهداف مباشر للبنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية.
🔸️وقد تم:

● قطع المياه بشكل كامل
● قطع التيار الكهربائي
● قطع خدمة الإنترنت

إن ما يجري في كوباني يُعد عقابًا جماعيًا للسكان المدنيين، حيث يعيش في المدينة كبار في السن وأطفال ومرضى، وهم بحاجة ماسة إلى المياه والكهرباء والرعاية الإنسانية العاجلة.

إن استمرار هذا الوضع يهدد بكارثة إنسانية حقيقية، في ظل صمت دولي مقلق، ويضع حياة آلاف المدنيين في خطر مباشر.

For several days, the city of Kobani has been facing violent attacks by the Ministry of Defense (the de facto authority), using all types of heavy and light weapons, in addition to suicide drones.

These attacks have been accompanied by direct targeting of infrastructure and essential services.

● Water supplies have been ●completely cut off
●Internet access has been cut off

What is happening in Kobani constitutes collective punishment against the civilian population. The city is home to elderly people, children, and patients who are in urgent need of water, electricity, and immediate humanitarian assistance.

The continuation of this situation threatens a real humanitarian catastrophe, amid alarming international silence, placing the lives of thousands of civilians in direct danger.
