توثيق حقوقي | ⚠️ تحذير: مشاهد شديدة الحساسية جرائم حرب #نشر على أوسـع نطاق

على وقع صيحات «الله أكبر»، نفّذت عناصر وزارة الدفاع الإرهابية في سلطة الأمر الواقع، بقيادة أبو محمد الجولاني (أحمد الشرع)، وبمشاركة مجموعات عشائرية موالية للسلطة، إضافة إلى عناصر أجنبية يُطلق عليهم مسمّى «المهاجرون الأنصار»، إعدامات ميدانية جماعية من مسافة الصفر بحق مدنيين و أسرى من المكوّن الكوردي، ترافقت مع حرق جثث الضحايا والتمثيل بها.

ويُظهر أحد المقاطع قيام العناصر، عقب تنفيذ عمليات القتل والحرق، بإطلاق عبارات استهزائية من بينها «ما هذه المشاوي الجميلة»، كما أقدموا على قطع أذن أحد الضحايا، والتعليق بسخرية «قطعنا أذنه ليصير شاطر»، إضافة إلى ممارسات أخرى من التنكيل والتمثيل بالجثث.

تُبيّن الوقائع أن هذه العناصر، التي خرجت من رحم تنظيم داعش وفقًا لتاريخها وبنيتها العقائدية، ارتكبت هذه الجرائم على نحو مماثل لما جرى في مجازر السويداء والساحل السوري وباقي الجغرافيا السورية

رافقت عمليات الإعدام شتائم وألفاظ نابية ذات طابع عنصري وتحريضي بحق الكورد، شملت أوصافًا مهينة، ووصف الضحايا بـ«الخنازير» و«الملاحدة»، ودعوات صريحة بالقتل واللعن، وهو ما يُشكّل تحريضًا علنيًا على العنف والإبادة، ويعكس نية إجرامية واضحة قائمة على الكراهية العرقية والدينية.

يُدرج هذا التوثيق ضمن الانتهاكات الجسيمة التي تستوجب فتح تحقيق دولي مستقل ومحاسبة جميع المتورطين، بما يشمل الآمرين والمنفذين، وكل من وفّر الغطاء أو التسهيل أو الدعم، أو شارك في التحريض، أو تستّر على الجريمة، أو امتنع عن منعها رغم امتلاكه القدرة القانونية والعملية على ذلك

Amid chants of “Allahu Akbar,” jihadists elements of the Ministry of Defense of the de facto authority—an extremist entity—led by Abu Mohammad al-Jolani (Ahmad al-Sharaa), with the participation of tribal groups loyal to the authority and foreign fighters referred to as “the Muhajireen and the Ansar,” carried out mass summary executions at point-blank range against civilians from the Kurdish community. These acts were accompanied by the burning of victims’ bodies and severe mutilation.

One widely circulated video shows the perpetrators, following the killings and burnings, making mocking remarks, including: “What beautiful grills these are.” They also cut off the ear of one victim and commented sarcastically, “We cut off his ear so he becomes well-behaved,” in addition to other acts of desecration and abuse of corpses.

The facts demonstrate that these elements—whose origins, history, and ideological structure trace back to ISIS—committed these crimes in a manner consistent with the massacres perpetrated in Suwayda, the Syrian coast, and other parts of Syrian territory.

The executions were accompanied by racist and inciteful insults against Kurds, including degrading slurs, labeling the victims as “pigs” and “infidels,” and explicit calls for killing and damnation. Such conduct constitutes public incitement to violence and extermination and reflects a clear criminal intent rooted in ethnic and religious hatred.

This documentation is classified among grave violations that require the opening of an independent international investigation and the accountability of all those involved, including those who ordered and carried out the crimes, as well as anyone who provided cover, facilitation, or support, participated in incitement, concealed the crimes, or failed to prevent them despite possessing the legal and practical capacity to do so.

تُظهر مقارنة المقاطع المصوّرة الحديثة لمجازر ضد المكون الكوردي بالاخص بشمال شرق سوريا مع تسجيلات سابقة لمجازر ارتُكبت على امتداد الجغرافيا السورية منذ تسلّم سلطة الأمر الواقع زمام الحكم، تطابقًا واضحًا في أسلوب الإعدام الميداني، ولا سيما على غرار ما جرى في السويداء والساحل السوري، بما يشمل قطع آذان الضحايا بعد القتل، وحرق بعض الضحايا وهم أحياء أو بعد إعدامهم، والتمثيل بالجثث والتنـكيل بها بأبشع الطرق.
وهي الممارسات ذاتها التي اعتمدتها التنظيمات الإرهابية في جرائمها الموثّقة سابقًا.

يشير هذا التكرار المنهجي إلى اعتماد مرجعية فكرية جهادية متطرفة كإبن تيمية و مرجعيات كتب ذات صلة، تُستخدم لتبرير الإعدام خارج نطاق القضاء والتمثيل بالجثث، وهي نفسها التي استخدمتها تنظيمات مثل داعش، والقاعدة، وجبهة النصرة/هيئة تحرير الشام لتبرير قتل من تصنّفهم كـ«أعداء الله» أو «مرتدين».

سلطة الأمر الواقع هي امتداد مباشر للمنظومة الفكرية والإجرامية لتنظيم داعش، وقد خرجت من رحمها. وهي سلطة تشكّلت، من رأس الهرم إلى القاعدة، من عناصر هذه التنظيمات، جرى إعادة تدويرهم ضمن بنية تُقدَّم اليوم على أنها سلطة دولة

ويُدرج هذا النمط المتكرر ضمن جرائم الحرب الجسيمة .

أين التغطية؟ أين الإدانة؟ أين الحدّ الأدنى من المهنية والإنسانية؟

🔴 ما تتعرض له اليوم جميع مكونات الشعب السوري دون استثناء — الكورد، العلويون، المسيحيون، الدروز الموحدون ، الخ — وصمة عار في جبين الإنسانية.

Legal Documentation | Recurrent Criminal Pattern

A comparison of recent video footage documenting massacres against the Kurdish community—particularly in northeastern Syria—with earlier recordings of massacres committed across Syrian territory since the de facto authority assumed power reveals a clear and consistent pattern in the method of summary executions. This pattern mirrors what ocucrred in Suwayda and the Syrian coast, including the cutting of victims’ ears after killing them, the burning of some victims while alive or after execution, and the mutilation and desecration of bodies in the most brutal ways.
These are the same practices previously documented in crimes committed by terrorist organizations.

This systematic repetition indicates reliance on an extremist jihadist ideological framework, drawing on figures such as Ibn Taymiyyah and related doctrinal texts, which are exploited to justify extrajudicial executions and the mutilation of corpses. The same distorted references were used by organizations such as ISIS, al-Qaeda, and Jabhat al-Nusra / Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham to legitimize the killing of those they label as “enemies of God” or “apostates.”

The de facto authority is a direct extension of ISIS’s ideological and criminal system, having emerged from its core. From the top of the hierarchy to its base, this authority is composed of elements originating from these organizations, who have been recycled into a structure now presented as a state authority.

This recurring pattern constitutes grave war crimes.

Where is the coverage? Where is the condemnation? Where is the bare minimum of professionalism and humanity?

🔴 What all components of the Syrian people are facing today, without exception—Kurds, Alawites, Christians, Druze (al-Muwahhidun), and others—is a stain on the conscience of humanity.
