I find the insult“ incel” quite troubling. In this day and age it’s virtually impossible to be “involuntarily” celibate so if someone is celibate you have to realise it is voluntary. I’ve avoided commenting much on the culture war because I knew my social media accounts would be censored if I began. And it wasn’t my Hill to die on, I had a different Hill in mind. But I might start doing so now in a delicate way. The nice thing about telegram is I can say what I actually think here.

The Australian media explains that Black Lives Matter protests didn’t cause corona virus to spread but freedom March protests will be super spreader events. Basically the government uses the virus as an excuse to shut down protests it doesn’t like. The virus is politicised and politically correct.

New Zealand has formally banned conversion therapy. Conversion therapy is the practice of telling people their preferences are abnormal and must be psychologically altered . But ironically, I think our entire generation has been undergoing a mass conversion therapy, being told that their preferences are “phobic”. You don’t want to date a bisexual? Then you are told that you are bi-phobic and you need work on yourself to change that. You don’t want to date someone transgender? Then you’re transphobic. Do you have conservative values and want to date someone with those same values? Then you are a kink shamer. Do you have preferences when it comes to looks? Then you’re told you’re a racist or maybe fat-phobic. Basically even though the majority of people may hold one or more of these “phobias”, they are told they need to psychologically work to change it because there is something wrong with them. If conversion therapy is banned, this social engineering practice should also be banned.
