Typical stuff in Republic of Ingushetia- Ambushing and killing of innocent people. War of Russia vs Caucasus never stopped, it has just cooled down, but videos like these that remind me that killing of my people will never stop.😔 I know the game and I'm working to build up the capital to make a difference! 🤲

This is how Russian migration officers treat people from Uzbekistan.
What happens in the video: Officer demands to show driving license and guy replies " I showed you my passport, why do you need my passport" to which officer replies " you want to act like a smartass? $ and starts beating the guy from Uzbekistan. 🤬🤬🤬 In my life in Russia I've seen acts of russian racism towards foreigners so many times that I got used to it.

Some members of Russian so called "Inteligencia" claim that Russia has brought civilization to Caucasus. They say such nonsense because they don't know history of their country or more likely choose to ignore the fact that their "civilized" country have killed 90% of Circassians.
On 20th of May 2011 Georgia became the first country to recognize as genocide Tsarist Russia’s massive slaughter of ethnic Circassians in the mid-19th century.

A little dive into Integrated information theory.
Five essential properties("axioms") of consciousness according to Giulio Tononi:
1. Intrinsic existence. Consciousness exists;
2. Composition. It's structured;
3. Information. Every experience is specific;
4. Integration. It's always one and cannot be subdivided into components or reduced;
5. Exclusion. Experience is unique.

Most celebrities are non-intellectuals that just say what they think sounds good/virtuous and what they think their fans want to hear.

There is no correlation between their words and their actions.

Of course they're role models for the masses.

Have you ever invested?
I'm quite impressed with results of the pole!!! I didn't expect that many people to be investing.
It's extremely important to start investing as soon as possible in your life so you can get to the level when you don't have to have job to sustain a comfortable live. There's no freedom without financial freedom.
One thing I learned quite late that you should invest money in your own self: buy courses; pay for a better medical treatment; pay for gym; buy the best tools for making your work as easy as possible. These investments are not so obvious like investing into financial assets, but these kinds of investments can make a HUGE difference.

The mind is our most powerful tool. There's nothing it can't do. According to numerous studies, it actively generates new ideas even when we rest or do nothing. Often we can come up with solutions to difficult problems simply after a full night's sleep.

Just as our physical state depends on what we feed to our bodies, our mental state depends on the quality of information we feed to our brain. If we nourish our brain with real-life data that allows it to solve fundamental problems, it will process this data in the background and come up with unexpected solutions.

It is unfortunate that most people prefer to feed their minds not with real-life facts that can let us change the world, but with random Netflix series or TikTok videos. On a deep level, our brain can't tell fiction from reality, so the abundance of digital entertainment keeps our subconscious mind busy producing solutions to problems that do not exist.

To be creative and productive, we must first clear from our minds the sticky mud of irrelevant content with which “recommendation algorithms” flood it on a daily basis. If we are to reclaim our creative freedom, we must first take back control of our minds.
