• I see a breakout incoming after this symmetrical triangle
• KMD now holding great support of Bullish cloud
• 4 hr. MACD is indiciting bullish volume for past few hrs.
• KMD will hae major fomo once it goes above 800 sats
- 2 Buy bid setups
• 1st buy zone: 710 - 730 sats
• 2nd buy zone: 650 - 670 sats
- Targets are here below
• TP1 - 788 sats
• TP2 - 833 sats
• TP3 - 880 sats

புதிய வாராக்கடன் கொள்கை (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code) ஆளும் பாஜக அரசால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட போது, Ruchi Soya நிறுவனத்திடம் இருந்து 1816 கோடிகள் SBI வங்கிக்கு மட்டும் நிலுவையில் இருந்தது. அதன்பின்னர் IBCயின் விதிகள்படி, 2019-20ம் நிதி ஆண்டில் 883 கோடி ரூபாய்களை வாராக்கடனாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
இதற்குப்பிறகு அந்த Ruchi Soya நிறுவனத்தை பதஞ்சலி வாங்குகிறது. அதுவும் எப்படி? பதஞ்சலிக்கு SBI வங்கி 1200 கோடி ரூபாய் கடன் தருகிறது, அந்தக் கடனை வைத்து பதஞ்சலி நிறுவனம், Ruchi Soya நிறுவனத்தை வாங்குகிறது.
அதைக்கூட விடலாம், சென்ற வருடம் நவம்பரில் வெறும் 3 ரூபாய் 50 காசுகளாக இருந்த Ruchi Soya நிறுவனத்தின் பங்குகள், கடந்த மாத இறுதியில், கிட்டத்தட்ட 8800 மடங்கு கூடி 1500 ரூபாய்க்கு விற்கப்பட்டது. அதாவது நவம்பர் மாதம் 500 கோடி ரூபாயாக இருந்த கம்பெனியின் மதிப்பு, ஜூன் மாத இறுதியில் 44,600 கோடி ரூபாய். அதன்பின்னர் படிப்படியாகக் குறைந்து இன்றைய பங்கின் விலை 862 ரூபாய்.
ஆனாலும் மார்ச் மாத இறுதிவரை, ஒரு ரூபாய் கூட SBI தாங்கள் கொடுத்த கடனை வசூலிக்கவே இல்லை.
