While the Bitcoin price has increased by 63.2% since the beginning of 2020, Bitcoin reserves on exchange wallets have dropped by 11.3%:
2.708M BTC on January 1;

According to the latest data from CryptoRank.io, in July, derivatives exchanges saw an increase of 21% in monthly trading volume with a total of $444B.
Top exchanges by monthly volume are Huobi, OKEx, Binance, and BitMEX:
Huobi, $108B —> $139B or +29%;
OKEx, $106B —> $119B or +12%;
Binance, $89B —>$114B or +28%;
BitMEX , $46B —> $50B or +9%.
