Refactor chat layout, auth flow, and modernize legacy components

Auth: rewrite legacy page*.ts into SolidJS AuthCard / AuthCardsHost system
Edit profile, language change, passkey buttons: migrate from .ts to .tsx
New components: mediaHeader, simpleConfirmation, keyboardShortcuts tab

Chat layout: unified topbar pinned plates wrapper with shared shadow and radius
Pinned message moved out of chat-utils into the floating-plates wrapper
Chat padding system via CSS vars and Solid signals on .chat
Track input field surplus + helper height into --chat-input-height
Spacer elements with inline style.height drive smooth padding transitions
Sticky dates, sticky avatars, and smooth scroll respect chat-padding-top

Theme: applyContainerTheme deferred until finishPeerChange to avoid flicker
Theme: refresh per-chat --message-highlighting-color on theme_changed event
Chat stack: previous chat fades out via opacity during slide animation
ChatBackground: refactor with stable per-chat highlight color handoff

Emoji panel anchors to right of input with subtle scale(.85) animation
Attach menu opens top-right; per-plate overflow:hidden for ripple clipping
Drop setUtilsWidth, --utils-width, and topbar :before shadow pseudo

Update tgico font set; add darkmode_filled icon
Adjust base / variables / chat SCSS for new layout primitives
Misc tweaks across pickUser, sharedMedia, inputSearch, mediaViewer
