chore: strip per-file copyright headers

The LICENSE file in the repo root covers GPL-3.0-only attribution for the
whole codebase. Per-file Eduard Kuzmenko headers were redundant. Files
that have an additional original-source attribution (Webogram / Igor
Zhukov, telegram-react / Evgeny Nadymov, gradientRenderer.ts / Artem
Kolnogorov) keep their secondary attribution.

Mechanical change only — no functional impact. See .git-blame-ignore-revs
to skip this commit when running `git blame`.

feat: calls v2 protocol, conference call backend (gated), feature flag

- Port tgcalls v2 (13.0.0) P2P signaling: NegotiateChannels/InitialSetup/
Candidates JSON, exchangeId perfect-negotiation, gzip + software SCTP.
Branch connects 1-on-1 calls live against modern Telegram servers
(legacy 4.0.0 dropped).

- Port Telegram TdE2E (encrypted conference call) library to pure TS:
crypto primitives, blockchain, message encryption, call state machine,
emoji fingerprint, audio trailer — byte-compatible with tdlib's
reference (verified via C++ runner). 118 unit tests.

- Conference call backend (SFU connection, e2e worker, transform attach,
SSRC→userId mapping, invite link / service message join, conference
participant invite). UI entry points GATED off behind
`IS_CONFERENCE_CALL_SUPPORTED` (src/environment/conferenceCallSupport.ts)
because of a Chrome RTCRtpScriptTransform recv-side bypass that only
fires for Telegram's single-mid SFU layout. See
docs/conf-call-browser-recv-blocker.md for the full writeup,
reproduction, and the proposed server-side fix.

- package.json: all runtime deps moved to devDependencies (everything is
Vite-bundled — no runtime resolution needed).

- start-preview.sh: TWEB_MASTER_SEED can now be a bare filename, resolved
against the main worktree's tmp/. .claude/launch.json updated to use
bare seed.json / seed-b.json names.

- Misc fixes: K-2 subclass shadow in GroupCallConnectionInstance.append-
StreamToConference (the recv-transform "Too late" was a red herring;
the real bug was the callback being dropped before reaching
streamManager). H-3..H-6 hardening (CONF_WRITE_CHAIN_INVALID retry,
hangup cleanup, invite-link router, join-button on service messages,
unit tests for join guard).
