Telegram Desktop has been updated to version 3.7.1

What's new:
— Hardware accelerated video decoding is turned off by default: this should help to fix the bug when videos were playing back in green color. If you want, you can turn the feature back on under Advanced settings › Performance, if it doesn't cause problems.
— Fix several crashes.

Telegram Premium is already in Beta version for Android

The subscription will cost $4.99 per month, but it is not yet available to purchase. Therefore, all the Premium features that we announced yesterday are not yet available.
