Make an offer for an occupied username on Fragment
On the Fragment auction platform, you can make an offer for an occupied username that was previously not placed on the platform.
To leave a request to purchase the address, the buyer must pay a commission to the platform of 1 TON or more, depending on the offer, and specify the desired amount for which they are ready to buy the username.
The owner of the public name will receive a notification about the request to purchase his username directly in the chat with the Telegram service account. The message will give instructions on how to correctly place the address up for auction.

The year 2022 is coming to an end. During this period, many new features have appeared on the Telegram platform, including the paid subscription Telegram Premium. The Telegram Desktop source code includes an option to change the value of the kPhotoSideLimit parameter from 1280 to 2560.
This means that Telegram servers already allow for the sending of images at a higher resolution, while clients continue to use the previous compression value.
The @tginfo editorial team hopes that in the future this change will appear on all clients and will also affect not only images but also video. This refers to the possibility of sending 4K video from all clients without compression to 1080p.
