People are throwing paint on the statue of Saturn (Cronus) devouring his children in Switzerland. It was created in 1545–1546 by the Swiss sculptor Hans Gieng.
Saturn is the ruler of the Golden Age of abundance, a term that is widely used today. Saturn rules over Aquarius, the Water Bearer, which is why the statue is a fountain. Below the feet, you can see goats sculpted into the base, representing the Age of Capricorn, also ruled by Saturn (Cronus).
