درباره رفع منع رجیستری، دستگاه‌هایی مختلف ذی‌نفع را دعوت کردیم و جلسات مختلفی برگزار کردیم. با مجموعه وزارت صمت، معاونت حقوقی، نهادهای نظارتی و امنیتی همفکری کردیم و در نهایت امروز در هیات دولت مطرح و تصویب شد. بر این اساس سازوکار اجرایی رفع منع رجیستری به‌زودی اعلام می‌شود.

«یعنی اگر کسی گوشی‌ای دارد که در شبکه رجیستر نمی‌شود و امکان استفاده از آن وجود ندارد، به کجا مراجعه کند و چه فرایندی باید طی شود و چقدر زمان‌بر است تا فعال شود در شبکه قابل استفاده شود. نگاه ما بر این است که فرایندها و سازوکارها را با همکاری وزارت صمت مشخص کنیم تا این افراد عملا بتوانند در یک فرایند قانونی گوشی‌هایشان را فعال کنند.»

«این موضوع یک مقدار زمان‌بر است اما اصل آن امروز در هیئت دولت مصوب شده و طبیعتا در آینده نزدیک رجیستر شدن اتفاق می‌افتد.»

«اقدامات به‌صورت جدی در دستور کار است. دولت با نگاهی که دارد در حال دنبال کردن این موضوع است. تلاشمان این است که رفع فیلتر زودتر اتفاق بیفتد.»

اگر سود ۹۶ درصدی صحت داشته باشد خیلی ترسناک است. این رقم با مجموعه عوارض دیگری که برای واردات باید پرداخت شود، به حدود ۱۱۰ تا ۱۱۱ درصد می‌رسد. یعنی خریدار باید هم پول خرید آیفون خودش را بدهد و هم یک آیفون برای دولت بخرد. ما پیش از این برای آیفون ۱۳ موفق به کاهش این رقم شدیم.
درباره‌ی شرایط فعلی هم می‌توان امیدوار بود.

این ممنوعیت از ابتدا تصمیمی غیرکارشناسی بود. با رفع آن منافع ملی و صنفی تأمین می‌شود.

دولت می‌توانست آورده‌ی بزرگی به اندازه‌ی ۱۰ تا ۱۲ همت از مسیر رسمی واردات این کالا داشته باشد که آن را از دست داد.

ارز آیفون هم از منشأ ارز صادراتی تامین می‌شود و درباره‌ی رقمش هنوز چیزی مشخص نیست؛ بستگی دارد به اینکه چقدر ارز بدهند، عرضه و تقاضا و شرایط بازار هم مؤثر است.
